After sending your request the company representative will discuss and finalize the final agreement with you and send you the final confirmation. 50% must be paid 48 hours before arrival and the other 50% will be deposited after confirmation. then you must confirm these details and make the correct deposit/payment. As discussed in your details by credit card or to the company account by wire transfer and automatically your space will be secured.
In case you decided to cancel your trip, the following charges will be applied:
– From the date of booking until 60 days before your arrival date, 25% of the entire tour price will be charged.
– 100% of the tour price if you cancel 60 days before arrival.
Additionally, airlines charge fees are subject to the airlines’ terms and conditions, and there’s also a 5% bank fee on refunds.
In case of a refund, we’ll send it back using the same method that was used for the original payment. If you don’t show up for your reservation, we won’t be able to give you a refund. We also deduct a 5% bank fee from all refunds.
We prioritize your well-being and safety above all, else and for that reason, we have adapted our cancellation policy to reflect our values. we offer a very flexible cancellation policy in case the Egyptian government or the airlines issue not to travel warning to the designated destination. In the event of this happening, we will refund you the amount paid for the tour package, or in some cases, your payment will be available as future travel credit and travel voucher that can be used towards any of the destinations, we operate tours in. you have the flexibility to apply this amount towards new travel services booked. reservations will be adjusted to reflect these travel credits automatically. only flight cancellation / changing fees are charged, according to the airline’s terms and conditions, bank surcharges fees are applied to the deposit amount paid.
Prices are two people sharing a room. Single rooms are available for extra cost. We choose hotels based on their ‘quality. prices are subject to change in some cases.
Any requested amendment by the client will be subject to availability.
No refund will be made for any unused meals, sightseeing tours, or any other services.
If the Client has any special requests, he should inform the company at the time of booking. The Company and its suppliers will try to satisfy such requests, but, as these do not form part of the contract, the company does not guarantee to do so, including for pre-bookable seats. If the Company confirms that a special request has been noted or passed on to the supplier or refers to it on the confirmation invoice or elsewhere, this is not a guarantee to fulfill it. The Client will not be specifically notified if a special request cannot be met. The Company does not accept bookings, which are conditional on the fulfillment of any special request.
The contract constituted by the company’s acceptance of the client’s booking, subject to these booking conditions, shall constitute the entire agreement between the client and the company. the payment of a deposit or final payment by bank transfer indicates that tour participants have read and accepted all terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.
If you have any complaints while you are on tour, please notify your tour leader immediately because most problems can be solved quickly. If you feel that your problem persists, call the Customer Care Manager while you are still on your tour; after you return home, if you are still not satisfied with the service you received you must write to the Customer Care Management.
