Day 01 :
Hurghada – Luxor (Karnak & Luxor Temples)
You will be picked up from your hotel in Hurghada and travel to Luxor by modern, air-conditioned vehicle (approximately 4 hours). Upon arrival, check in at your hotel and take some time to rest and refresh.
Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before starting your guided tour of Luxor’s East Bank. Begin with the Karnak Temple Complex, the largest religious structure ever built in ancient history. Dedicated mainly to the god Amun-Ra, it was believed to be his earthly home. Construction began in the Middle Kingdom, with possible earlier origins dating back to the 3rd Dynasty.
Continue to Luxor Temple, built during the 12th Dynasty and later completed by Ramses II. Located in ancient Thebes, it was also dedicated to Amun-Ra and served as an important ceremonial site.
After the tour, return to your hotel in Luxor for an overnight stay.
Day 02 :
Luxor – Valley of the Kings – Hatshepsut Temple – Colossi of Memnon – Return to Hurghada
After breakfast and check-out, meet your guide to begin your West Bank tour of Luxor. Explore the legendary Valley of the Kings, the royal burial ground of Egypt’s New Kingdom pharaohs.
Continue to the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir El Bahari, one of the most remarkable architectural masterpieces of ancient Egypt, uniquely carved into the cliffs.
End your sightseeing with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon, two massive statues of Pharaoh Amenhotep III.
Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before driving back to your hotel in Hurghada.
